MALECÓN CANCÚN (HKS)

This mixed-use project located in Cancun and designed by HKS in Mexico City comprises a commercial component on its ground level with residential, office, and hospitality areas distributed throughout two independent towers sitting atop.

The master planning and landscape architecture was of special interest, as this project was located in a new development zone with an important system of protected wetlands in close proximity. Deliverables for this project included the complete interior design of all common areas in the commercial and residential spaces.
